The date of XAT 2025 is January 5, 2025. This was announced today, July 15, 2024, by XLRI Jamshedpur. By paying the necessary costs, you can now register and apply online for the XAT exam in 2025. For admission to MBA programs at XLRI and more than 800 other Indian B-schools, candidates must pass the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT). The test is computer-based and is administered at many locations in more than 70 Indian cities.

XAT Qualification Standards 2025
To sit for the XAT, candidates must fulfill a minimal requirement. The most recent XAT qualifying standards and academic prerequisites are listed below:
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university, with a minimum three-year duration, or its equivalent.
Students who are waiting on their results or who are in their final year of a bachelor’s degree are also qualified to take the XAT.
The XAT exam graduation requirements do not include a minimum mark requirement. The candidate must have completed their bachelor’s degree program with passing grades.
Candidates with professional degrees (CA/CS) and working professionals are also eligible to take the exam.
For XAT, there is no upper age limit. Both recent grads and employed professionals are eligible to apply.
How to Register for XAT
The first XAT registration was made by XLRI on July 15, 2024. The steps to register for XAT are listed below:
- Click the “register” tab after visiting xatonline.in, the official XAT website.
- To obtain the XAT ID and registration link, register for a new account.
- Create a passcode to access your XAT account.
- Log in and choose the XAT exam city of your choice.
- Upload your signature and photo.
- Choose your program and country, then provide the necessary information.
- Submit your application after paying the registration fee.
Documents Needed to Register for XAT 2025
- Grade 10 mark sheet
- Mark sheet for class twelve
- Graduation grade report
- both a cell phone number and email address
- proof of date of birth
- Provide evidence.
- Aadhaar card Certificate of Category (if relevant)
- A scanned digital photo in JPG or JPEG format should have a file size of 20–50 KB.
- The scanned signature in JPG or JPEG format should weigh between 20 and 50 KB.
