The NMAT by GMAC exam is administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), and it has been announced that test registration will open on August 1, 2024. There are currently 87 examination locations for the exam available in 83 Indian cities.
With the exception of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, prestigious institutions like Indian School of Business, S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, T.A. Pai Management Institute, Flame University, and Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, accept the NMAT by GMAC score for admission in their respective programs.
Candidates can use their NMAT by GMAC exam results to apply to several prestigious business schools with just one test score.

NMAT 2024 Qualification Standards
The NMAT Eligibility Criteria specify who is eligible to take the exam, but they do not include the requirements for admission to the specific MBA school.

GMAC Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree (10+2+3/4) in any subject from an accredited university is required of all students.
2. Candidates must have completed their graduation with at least a 50% cumulative score.
3. The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Admission Information Handout states that candidates having two or more years of post-graduation job experience would be given preference for admission to all full-time programs.
4. Final-year bachelor’s degree candidates may also apply for the exam, for which they will receive a provisional admissions offer. Only those who pass their graduation examinations on their first try and receive at least 50% of the possible points will be eligible for final admission. Within the allotted time, the applicant must be able to provide all original documentation.
NMAT 2024 Course Outline
GMAC releases the syllabus for the NMAT 2024 exam. The NMAT syllabus is included in the official GMAC guide, and you can also view the NMAT syllabus for 2024 below at MBAUniverse.com. Each applicant taking the NMAT by GMAC 2024 exam will receive a randomly generated test, given one at a time, from a pool of questions. Every part has a set amount of questions, a set level of difficulty, and a set time restriction. The test portions can be chosen in any order by the candidates, starting with any of the three sections: logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and language skills. Each section has a time limit, and once selected, the order cannot be altered.
